Unite The Light (UTL) is a personal exploration of the light in you. UTL website exists to offer a spiritual approach to embracing the Light—an eternal source—right in you! Without scripture, without dogma, or formal practise.
The word “light” shows up euphemistically throughout written history where it’s reference is figurative, or allegorical, but never literal. Yet, light is that constant, ever-present medium we live in. Colour and Light make up our daily life while also providing the technicolor landscape of our dreams. How can something be so dominant in our moment-to-moment existence and yet we pay scant attention to it?
As the fish story goes…
when the fish was asked about the water
it lived in the fish replied,
what water?
Are human beings equally unaware of the light we live in? We seem consciously aware of our body moving through space, but not moving through the light all around us. Maybe because unlike rain or snow, if we don’t get any on us we don’t pay much attention.
UTL asks, is there something to be known, something to be gained, by consciously aspiring toward a new paradigm of faith based on Light? To explore, through a personal practise, seeking a pre-existing point of light residing in you? And to know it as our truest, even infinite Self? Nothing could be brighter than living light-er. UTL hopes to foster bright truths in you as to who you really are.
The light in you is the light you are!

We give our observance and homage to light, in all its manifestations. We also seek to cherish the light we cannot see (yet) and beckon it into our awareness, even while mortal and flesh-bound.
Do you have eyes to see?
Not that which the eye can see,
but that whereby the eye can see:
know that to be Brahman (or light) the eternal

We aspire to unite this light we actually live in, this rainbow array of colour, to let it standout in our consciousness and observe it as a meaningful facsimile of our true Light source, everlasting!
Message from ROY G BIV (better known as Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Indigo, Violet). As each colour of the rainbow represents a part of the spectrum, so to does the point of light (Pineal gland?) in you represent a part of the entire cosmos of Light.

Re. the point of light in me?
We live in tumultuous times. To have any hope going forward we must find a new way of seeing. The faith paradigms of today don’t meet all our needs (I thought I knew something about depression before the Covid pandemic, but hitting the bottom too many times compelled me to find another way of seeing—through a new lens, a new light). I discovered it is harder to stay depressed while focused on the Light in me.
Are you ready to take the Light challenge?
At UTL we deem all Light as holy, especially the unified state of brilliant Light as documented during near death, or out of body, experiences.
We practice Light mindfulness by affirming the obvious or even mundane everyday light of our existence. It’s like the chop-wood-carry-water Zen practice, but for Light.
We carry the Light of the world in us!
A shining example.
Rather than spirit-questing for what is at the end of a rainbow, or somewhere over the rainbow, at UTL our meditative or contemplative focus is to consolidate the rainbow in our mind back to its original white light, from which all the colours derive. Admittedly, this ordinary light is only a facsimile of our white Light source? But it begins the practice of uniting the light—in you! Because to know your light is to know eternity, even as a terminal mortal.
At UTL we endeavour to make the metaphysical breakthrough to the Light on the other side even while flesh-bound.
